This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of the institutional, economic and infrastructural significance of transport and logistics centers (TLM) in the regional economic system. The main goal of the study is to scientifically substantiate the strategic role of transport and logistics centers in increasing the competitiveness of regions, optimizing production and trade flows, and strengthening transit potential. The object of the study is the transport and logistics information system of the Republic of Uzbekistan and issues of increasing its efficiency. Analysis, grouping, synthesis, and organizational-operational modeling were chosen as research methods. The model proposed in the study consists of several modules aimed at performing common functional tasks. This approach allows expanding the scope of services provided , timely fulfillment of orders, increasing transportation volumes, and reducing overall operational and logistics costs. Based on the results of the study, proposals were developed to increase the capacity of the transport and communication system of our country, to form an effective transport and logistics and communication services system .
