Abstract

This article examines the effective use of educational tasks in designing the process of developing speech competence in primary school students. Speech competence is a crucial indicator of a student’s ability to communicate effectively, express thoughts coherently, and interact socially. The study highlights the role of various types of learning tasks, including literary texts, observation exercises, personal reflections, and interactive activities, in enhancing students’ oral and written communication skills. The research demonstrates that systematic and stage-by-stage implementation of learning tasks significantly improves speech competence and overall communicative abilities in primary education.
