Financial control plays an essential role in ensuring the legality, transparency, and efficiency of budget execution and public resource management. The study highlights the importance of the Ministry of Finance, the Accounts Chamber, the Treasury, and other institutions in shaping a unified national control mechanism. Particular attention is paid to the challenges facing financial control, including shortcomings in the regulatory framework, insufficient integration of information systems, corruption risks, and issues of institutional capacity. The article also outlines future-oriented measures such as the implementation of remote audit tools, strategic and IT audit, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and public participation in audit processes.
