This article examines the necessity and economic efficiency of organizing outsourcing services in the field of healthy nutrition based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The purpose of the research is to analyze the opportunities for financial transparency and rational use of resources through the implementation of an accounting outsourcing system in accordance with IFRS requirements. The study employed systematic approach, comparative analysis, and empirical analysis methods. The results demonstrated that organizing outsourcing services based on IFRS standards increases the competitiveness of enterprises.
