Abstract

The literary heritage of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur occupies a significant place in the history of world literature. His works reflect a deep understanding of political, social, cultural, and linguistic realities of his time. As the author of the famous memoir Baburnama, Babur not only documented historical events but also created a unique example of autobiographical and artistic prose in the Turkic language. His literary style is characterized by vivid imagery, sincerity of expression, and philosophical reflections. Babur’s poetry is distinguished by its lyrical depth, humanism, and the blending of Turkic and Persian poetic traditions. The study of Babur’s literary legacy is of great importance for understanding the development of Uzbek classical literature and its connection with the broader cultural and literary processes of the Islamic world.
