In the contemporary knowledge society, the education system requires not only pedagogical reforms but also innovative communication strategies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and inclusiveness. This paper explores the role of innovative communications in strengthening governance mechanisms, enhancing interaction among stakeholders, and supporting decision-making processes in education. It argues that integrating digital platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), and interactive communication models into management practices contributes to sustainable educational development
