Abstract
Digital transformation is revolutionizing management practices in businesses and organizations today. Digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, data analytics, blockchain, and IoT, provide opportunities to optimize management processes and implement innovations. This article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on organizational management efficiency, emphasizing its role in resource management and strategic decision-making. The study explores international and national experiences and offers recommendations for applying digital technologies in management practices.
