THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY IN FORMING WORK CULTURE IN STUDENTS

Abstract
This article scientifically analyzes the role, importance, and influential factors of the technology subject in shaping students' work culture. The role of technology education in developing diligence, responsibility, independence, and creative activity is highlighted. The article also examines the teacher's methodological approaches in fostering students' professional interest, practical skills, and positive attitudes toward work through technology lessons. Furthermore, the pedagogical, psychological, and methodological aspects of forming a culture of work are analyzed, and the relevance of this direction in the modern education system is substantiated.
